Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

During peak seasons, festive sales, or promotional events, order processing times may be extended by 1–2 working days.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once the order is successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines are 3–5 working days, depending on the delivery pincode and courier service availability.

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–5 working days

Remote/Outstation Areas: 5–6 working days

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Any unexpected delays (weather, operational, or logistical) will be communicated via email/SMS.
Shipping Charges
Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts.

If the delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the order will be marked as undeliverable and closed.

For prepaid orders, customers can write to us at tresnovafashion@gmail.com within 7 days to request re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

COD orders that remain undelivered will not be re-dispatched automatically and may be restricted from COD in future purchases.
Tracking Your Order
