Tresnova Return & Refund Policy

At Tresnova, we strive to give you the best shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition – unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please use the Return Request button on our website. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately at tresnovafashion@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/exchange unless defective or damaged:

  • Innerwear

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale items or products purchased using promotional coupons/offers (discounts/coupon benefits will not be refunded)

Category-Wise Return Process

Innerwear

  • Non-returnable, except if defective or damaged.

  • To raise a return request, upload clear product images via the website’s return button.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and process a refund or replacement.

Nightwear

  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Initiate through the website’s return button.

  • Pickup will be arranged, and the item will undergo a quality check.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item clears the quality check.


Exchanges

  • Innerwear cannot be exchanged unless defective.

  • For eligible items, exchanges will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned product after quality check.

  • Exchange delivery timeline: 7–10 business days.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be approved after inspection of the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • For COD orders, customers will need to provide bank account details via a secure link sent to their registered email.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and reflect the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at tresnovafashion@gmail.com.
